Constitution Code or Procedure

§. 2. Oral evidence, how deliverable spontaneously or responsively – how receivable
passively or by extraction.

Art. 4. or 1. When orally delivered evidence is obtained it is furnished delivered
it is delivered by him by whom it is furnished delivered
either spontaneously or at the instance of some other
person: when delivered at the instance of another person to act
it is delivered in compliance with questions, or say
interrogatories, formal or virtual: when received in so
far as by the testifier delivered spontaneously it is simply received – in so far
as it is Art. 2. When the individual by whom it is delivered delivered in compliance with questions or say interrogatories
it is extracted.

Art. 1. Considered in respect of as to the proximate
cause of its delivery appearance, oral evidence is either spontaneously
or responsively delivered: say in one word it is either spontaneous or responsive:
more shortly spontaneous or responsive.

Art. 2. When on the one part spontaneously delivered it is simply
on the other part simply received: where on the one
part it is responsively delivered, it is on the other part
extracted.

Art3. When extracted, it is delivered ex interrogatis at the instance of
some other person: to wit namely in compliance with questions
or say interrogatories, formal or virtual: formal in the
form ordinary form of a question: virtual in any of the various other
forms by which any of which the desire to receive the information in question sought is signified expressed: for example an assertive proposition,
or in visible sign instead of speech a gesture.
