§. 6. Punishment appropriate in case of falshood
Art. 1. Amont the Register's Books, and in particular the delinquency-Register Books are kept three Books
appropriated to the recordation and thence to the punishment and
repression of false testimony: those names are 1. The Mendacity Book or 1. The Lying Witness's Book,
2. The Insincerity Book 2. The false and Insincere Witness's Book; 3. The Rashes assertion Book false and Rash
Witness's Book.
Art. 2. In this In these books respectively when
