Constitution Code or Procedure Penal – Penal Code

Art. Humiliation. In framing the any a decree by which this punishment
in this shape is ordered to be inflicted the Judge will
take special care so to express it give to it such expression
as shall not contrive anything in it which by which can
by possibility be a violation of truth. In the his self-humiliation
formulary nothing therefore will be contained for which
by which any consciousness of having done wrong
or say regret for having done what has been done has would
be expressed. It is not In a mans opinion it is not in
the nature of punishment to effect any real change: if before
he of the punishment the offender did not regard
himself as having done what was wrong, by the punishment
he may be under make him still but can
not make him nearer to the doing so. If in what he
is there as compelled to say the offender says what is
false, the Legislator or the Judge are, one or other of them
suborners of in relation to the falshood.
