Constitutional Code
§. Extraneous witnesses – how obtainable for Quasi-trial.
Art. 5. For a the Quasi trial the testimony of an extraneous
witness will regularly be obtained in the say way: whether at the
Quasi Trial the parties belong to are judgeable of the same or to different Judicatories. Not that by Ch. §.
Art. 3. If with or with the oral testimony of in addition to oral testimony from the person
so convened a demand has place for an article of
written evidence or for any adducible object in to serve as the character
of a source of real evidence , – to the witnes-calling
order is subjoined an evidence-adduction order
in which a description designation as concise as may be
consistently with its being adequate and effective is given
of the object the adduction of which is required.
