Art 1. Exceptions excepted,
co-extensive with to every Immediate
Judicatory, logical and
field of jurisdiction is a Quasi Jury, and
co-extensive with the Judicatory,
is Quasi Jury's field of
logical field of jurisdiction in its field of service. Thus in non-penali:

Art. 2. In every individual
suit, it is performable:
fiz. at instance of
Judge, or of any party:
though not likely to be performed
but in few suits.

Art. 3. Occasions of performance service
are Principal
and Incidental.

Art. 4. Principal, that
of a recapitulatory examination,
alias Trial.

Art. 5. Incidental, those
on which Quasi appeal
may hereafter have
place on which, but
for it's services, the
design of it's sitting on
a Trial might be
frustrated.

Art. 6. On these occasions,
petition for Quasi
Jury hearing is,
in effect, appeal from
Judge Immediate without
a Quasi jury to
do. or another in the
same judicatory with
a Quasi jury.
