Procedure Code
Art. 1. Of cases presenting a demand for judicial
inspection examples are the following –
1. Fundamental Subject matter unmoveable – a portion of land. Reason
for solution – matter to be ascertained course proper to be taken by
boundary lines – boundary lines expressive for example, of the
difference between one 1. a portion of dry ground the property
of one proprietor, and a contiguous portion of dry ground
the property of another proprietor. 2. or a portion of
dry ground belonging to one proprietor, and a portion of
ground constantly or incidentally covered with water
in the use of which other proprietors one or more
have an interest: name of the ground thus covered,
a watercourse.
Species of suit I. simply requisitive or 2. inculpative or not but
not criminative.
2. Nature of the Damage done to edifice or vegetable
produce or to edificial work by calamity or delinquency.
Suit II. inculpative or not but not criminative: or
criminative and publico-private.
3. Subject matter moveable property. Nature of like damage done to moveable property
in any of its shapes by destruction or deterioration.
Suit is inculpative or not but not criminative: or IV. criminative
and publico-private.
4. Subject matter: human person. Nature of damage done to the body of an individual a person
as perceptible in the condition either of the body itself
or of things that have been in contact with it; as in the case
of wounds or homicide, evidenced by bloody marks.
Suit II. inculpative or not but not criminative: or IV. criminative
and publico-private.
