Procedure Code
Notice to prevent destruction or falsification or determnate
Inspection as applied to Books, papers and other
Art. written sources of evidence
Art. Analogous to scarcely as applied to
things moveable and unmoveable and moveable in general
or inspection and transcription or graphical imitation as applied to books, papers
or other articles which either can not be adduced to the Justice
Chamber or can not be adduced thither without preponderant
inconvenience.
Art. Examples Of such Books and Papers,
examples are the following
1. Register Book of a Society, incorporated or incorporated
which can not be removed without interruption given
to the statement of the accounts or other proceeding.
2. So in the case of the books or papers of a private
partnership in manufacture or trade.
3. So, in the cases of the books or papers of a single
individual in it engaged in manufacture or trades.
Art. On each individual occasion it will be
for the Judge to determine whether to cause adduce the original
or cause a copy to be taken and adduced a transcript copy.
Art. If for avoidance of personal vexation to
person or persons in whose occupation to whom the article belongs or
in whose occupation it is, he ordains a copy to be adduced
it will rest with him in case of need, to cause the original
to be subsequently adduced and if this if needful he will cause
warning to be given.
