When justice is set at nought shut out, official profit alone
regarded, difficulty in abundance is hired. the wheels of judicature run easy. When judicature

in all shapes factitious difficulty and from no source no one hand so formidable.
as formidable as from those by whom all difficulties should have
been obviated.

To no person must access to the Judge be denied.
To every person that will must it be allowed to open his
