Initiatory Hearing
§. 2. Pursuer's demand: Proceedings thereupon
Art. 1. The application being as per Ch. VI. §.
Art. determined to be contentious, and the Applicant a Pursuer, the
proceeding will be carried on in manner following.
Art. 1. Be the object of suit what it may non penal or penal, the
Pursuer's title to the services demanded by it – and necessary to
the success of it will depend upon the matter contained
in the under the ensuing heads as expressed expressible in a paper
stiled the Pursuer's demand paper.
Art. 2. Judge to Applicant, holding out to him
a Pursuer's Demand paper with the blanks not as yet
filled up. State or enable me to state in this paper the service you demand
of me, the person or persons at whose charge you demand
it of me, and when you desire me to constitute in that respect of such service unless
they render it you desire me to compell to raise it, and together with
the grounds on which this demand of yours is founded.
