§. Suit commenced, how

Art. 3. Exceptions excepted, no suit can be commenced,
to wit as above, otherwise than by the personal attendance
of him one, on whose behalf, as being the party or the parties
interested, the effective service in question is demanded, at the
charge of some other person in the character of Defendant,
at the hands of the Judge, at whose hands, thereby the appropriate
judicial service eventually necessary to the causing the effective
service in question is thereby directly or virtually demanded.
