§. Suit commenced, how
Art. 5. Exceptions excepted, the suit has been begun
by the Applicants having placed himself in the Applicants
station as per Ch. VI. §., which as yet the purpose of his application, to wit that
it is to give commencement to a suit in which he is Pursuer, is
known. Its being in that situation, standing or sitting there
in silence, it is by the Judges audible address to him that
the business conversation is begun and the business thereby
continued.
