Art. or 5. Case II. Mode oral. Judicatory now not the
originative Judicatory, but another, say a proposed Post-originative
judicatory. Distance of the proposed Post-originative judicatory
from the Originative a maximum: from the Defendant's abode
a minimum. Rule III. Here on account of the length of journey to the
oral mode performed at the Post originative judicatory will in
general the preference be due, but as compared with
the oral mode performed carried on at the originative judicatory
but not as compared with that same mode the epistolary
mode performed carried on by the originative judicatory.

As between the oral mode at the one and oral mode at
the other degree of complexity as per Case II makes no considerable difference.

Art. or 6.

Art. or 6. Case IV. Mode oral epistolary. Judicatory a Post originative. Distance fro the Originative no less as above a maximum:
from the Defendants above as before a minimum.
Rule IV. Here compared with the oral mode carried on at the
originative judicatory, the epistolary oral mode carried on at the Post originative
Judicatory will in general be preferable, but not
when compared with the epistolary mode carried on
by the Originative Judicatory, nor yet when compared
with the oral mode carried on in this same Post j
Post originative Judicatory.

Art. or 7. In general, the delay necessitated by the
intercourse in the oral mode epistolary mode will be less
than the delay necessitated by intercourse in the oral
mode, where the distance is that of a whole days journey or any
greater distance. For by the Letter post, the time occupied in the missive transfer of
the missive added to the time of necessary to the preparation
of it will be less than the time requisite for the journey
added to the time requisite for preparation for the journey, and the
preparation of the
individual after
consideration of absence, in demurrage, during an uncertain period.

3. Time of demurrage at the judicatory, by casual continuances and postponements. 4. Time of journey home. 5. Obligation of journey for oral response is liable to be
dissolved or postponed deferred by legitimate excuses, such as apply not to epistolary . For those excuses see Ch. ( ) §. ( ).
