Art. 1. From and after At this stage of the procedure and henceforward,
the possible modes of operation employable for the fulfilment in the pursuit
of the ends of justice are two — comprizable under the one or the other of the discursual
two denominations — the discursual and the non-discursual. The discursual is that the
only one hitherto employed.

no such execution and effect could be given to the law.

justice in the cases in which without the employment
of these such same means the purpose could not be effected
the effectuation of the that same purpose would not be practicable.
