9. Evidence in which the demand has its support.
In regard to personal oral testimonial evidence, whether in
addition to his own as now delivering, he knows
of that of any other person or persons from whom
if convened, appropriate apposite relation narrative statement deposition might be received
or extracted: if yes, those several descriptions in so
far as known to him, as per No 1.
10. Evidence So in regard to personal documentary ready written
and real evidence.
11. Evidence: whether if the applicant knows of any,
which he apprehends may not in its tendency
not be in favour of his demand. From the applicant Evidence No 9 and
so will naturally come from him spontaneously, and
be accordingly received: evidence No 11, more or less
reluctantly and be accordingly to be extracted,
or the non-existence of any provisionally established.
12. Ablative state of things or event: whether there be any such
any state or states of things or event or events which in relation to the his
demand in question supposing the existence of the
a sufficient collative state of things or event proved made appear
by sufficient evidence, will still, if their existence
be in like manner made appear, have
in relation to the right alledged the effect of an ablative state of things cause or event.
13. Evidence applicable in relation to any such ablative state cause
of things or event: heads sources of evidence, as per Nos 9, 10.
In this case As to this matter, reluctance will be to be expected as per No 11.
