Unknown are all those difficulties to the functionaries
by whom in the generally what is called, when it administered established practice the technical
system of procedure. as Frivolous in the extreme will they
be in all such learned ees. By the sole object and end in view
of that system the gordians knot is not without the and difficulty

of conveying intimations of the demand nature and object with or without the
grounds of it a price is set: by those who can and do pay
the price the chance for justice is received: those who
can not, go without it: and what in consequence becomes
of them is not worth a thought is a matter not worth thinking about. If
driven to desperation by the consequent impoverishment
they rob a man robs or steal for subsistence, so much the better: if prosecuted, money
is certainly got for prosecuting him and money may perhaps
be got for defending him.
