9 For this purpose your if need be, your whole property, or
any part of it may moreover be prehended, and all or any
other such modes of enforcing compliance employed as
your the circumstances of the case require and your circumstances
admitt of.
III IV Eventual Excuse allowance information
If by any legitimate excuse you find yourself prevented
from sending in such your Examination paper sufficiently
filled up, you may send it in so far filled up
as you are able, demanding requesting such further time at or before the end
of which you expect to send in such supplement as shall
have rendered it sufficient: stating at the same time the cause circumstance
by which your inability to compleat it was
produced.
[Moreover you will understand that] An excuse insufficient
in its itself which upon the face of it is insufficient
is as no excuse
V VI Veracity securing charge warning.
For the truth of every assertion contained in such
your response as contained in such your Examination
paper, as also in any Excuse paper or other paper transmitted
by you to the Judicatory in compliance with or in
consequence of any Mandate issued from thence, you will
stand punit satisfactionably or punitionably responsible, or both
as the case may be, in the same manner as if it had
been expressed by word of mouth in the Justice Chamber
VI VII Eventual oral re examinability warning
Respecting In relation to Respecting every such assertion you will remain
liable to be, at any time re examined under the same
responsibility by word of mouth in the Justice Chamber or
any such other place as shall have been appointed.
