is made for the judicial service by the rending of which

or those decrees on the part of the Judge, by compliance wherewith
execution and effect is given to the Substantive branch of the law by which
command is given to the Judge to perform render to whatsoever person comes
within the description given him and by the parsimony of the person eventually
eventually entitled to the
receipt benefit of that same
service.
