Operations are to be as
prefer considered as
performed for the
purpose of producing
some correspondent effect

Art. 1. Operations. By operations understand
on this occasion the several modes of action exercised
on any judicial occasion by any of the several descriptions
of persons respectively designated by the appellation of operators
or say Actors on in the Judicial Drama theatre drama as above

operations two separate
heads are needed

Art 2 Distinct are Not altogether
but to a certain degree distinct are the several subject matters
designated by the several denominations Operators and Operations.

Reason
1. By one and the same
sorts of operator different operations
require to be performed.

Art. 3. By this or that Operator operations
may have to be performed operations which have likewise
to be performed by other operators in any number
