Let as much use be made of printed forms as
possible.

1. It saves labour on the part of the registering
Officers; by which means their services may be afforded
so much cheaper
2. It makes the documents the easier to consult for
all sorts of people.
3. In particular for the Judges: and thereby enables
them to take a greater share in the inspectingon of the
documents than they could otherwise.

be amendable

Let the documents be all of them amendable
in any stage of the proceedings; so as the
parties be not either of them prejudiced thereby; the prosecutor in
making out the truth of his accusation; the defendant
in making out his innocence.
