or I apprehend lest the Deft A.D. would should if time were
given him to form an answer touching [the matters
of] my claim herewith inclosed take advantage thereof
to suppress evidence or dress up conceal the truth
I therefore desire that he may be apprehended without
notice and made to pass brought for examination instantly
before the Judge.
