 8 Provision in
 Procedure Code as to
 interrogation
1.  For the better securing the correctness and compleatness
of your several written statements in answer to this mandate, it
 is provided that provision is made as per Procedure
 Code Ch. [ ]. [ ] Art. [ ] that you may at any
 time be examined in relation to the matters thereof by
 word of mouths; as also, every such person, if any, by whose
 co  your  any statement of yours has been accompanied

2. As per Procedure Code. Ch [ ] p [ ] Art. [ ] for
 the correctness, compleatness and sincerity of every written statement
made by you as above you are as fully responsible 
as of the functionally as well as compensationally
 as if the same had been delivered by you at the Judicatory,
 and by word of mouth.

 10 Excuse no exemption
 from compensation
 for delay
3.    In regard to the matter of any
 such legitim excuse as you may have transmitted  as
 above, although the same be legitimate and correct
compleat and sincere it will not exonerate you from the
 obligation of making compensation for any damage
which at the charge of the pursuer or pursuers may have been produced
 by the delay.
