§. Preventive Regulatns.

better grounded.

Reason 3. Editorial
reputation justly acquired.

Transprinting Editor,
knowing falsity, not
to be exempted from
responsibility.

Transprinter to refer
rather to the original
writing than to any
transprint.

Of the above reasons,
some render the regulations
unnecessary,
as being advantageous
to the transprinter;
but others are important
to the public.

Dates to ascertain
priority.
