of ill will,
any person causes or contributes cause to any other
to abstain from the exercise of some not unlawful nor
preponderantly mischievous act which otherwise he intended
or might & would have intended to exercise, but unattended
with any accompaniments & consequences by which
a different denomination is given to the Offence in this
Code.

10 Wrongful constraint at large
Wrongful constraint is where without justificative cause,
by physical force, intimidation, wrongfully applied
remuneration or deceptious or other criminal practice,
in pursuit of some unlawful benefit to the
wronger himself or to any other person, or in sport, or
for the gratification of ill will,
any person causes or contributes to any other
to exercise some act which otherwise he did not intend
or might & would not have intended to exercise,
but unattended with any accompaniments or consequences
by which a different denomination is given
to the offence under this Code.

11 Wrongful Imprisonment
Wrongful imprisonment is where without justificative cause,
by physical obstacles, physical force, wrongfully applied
remuneration or deceptious or other criminal practice
in pursuit of some unlawful benefit to the wronger
himself or to some other person or in sport or for the gratification
of ill will,
any person causes or contributes to any other
to be confined within an enclosed space; but without
any accompaniments or consequences by which a different
denomination is given to the offence under this Code.
