12 Wrongful confinement
Wrongful confinement is where without justificative cause
by intimidation, wrongfully applied remuneration, or
deceptious or other criminal practice
in the pursuit of some unlawful benefit to the wronger
himself or to some other person or in sport or for the
gratification of ill will,
any person causes or contributes to any other
to be deprived of the faculty of moving from place to
place beyond the limits on that occasion for that
purpose prescribed; but without any of the accompaniments
or consequences by which a different denomination
is given to the offence under this Code.

13 Wrongful Banishment
Wrongful banishment is where without justificative cause
by physical force intimidation, wrongfully applied remuneration
or deceptious or other criminal practice
in the pursuit of some unlawful benefit to the
wronger himself or to any other person or in sport
or for the gratification of ill will,
any person causes or contributes to any other
to abstain against his will from stationing himself
within a certain portion of territory for that
purpose described; but without any of the accompaniments
or consequences by which a different denomination
is given to the offence under this Code.
