Definitions
1 Wrongful defamation
Wrongful defamation is where without justificative
cause, by deceptious or other criminal practice any person
lowers or contributes to lower another person say
the defamee in the estimation or affection of any person or persons
in whose good opinion or good offices the defamee is in
any way dependant for the comforts of life
2 Wrongful Vituperation
Wrongful vituperation is where without imputation
of misconduct in a justificative, cause, by deceptions or other
criminal practice discourse or other sign or tokens of anger
or ill will or contempt any person points out or contributes
to point out another person say the vituperatee as being the
object of those same sentiments either on the part of the
vituperator or on the part of the community at large, but
without imputation of misconduct in any determinate shape.
3 Usurpation of reputation
Usurpation of reputation is where where the wrongee
having by one or more individual acts made proof of merit
in some determinate shape, or in any way become the object of favorable
regard, any person say the usurper, without justificative
cause, by deceptious or other criminal practice causes or
endeavours to cause it to be believed that it was by
him the wronge usurper & not by the wrongee exclusively
that those same acts were exercised. or that
4 Wrongful transfer of reputation
Wrongful transfer of reputation is where the wrongee
having by one or more individual acts made proof of
merit in some determinate shape or become the object of
favorable regard any person say the wrongdoer, without
justificative cause, by deceptious or other criminal practice
