1 Insulting Corporal vexation
Wrongful Insulting corporal vexation is where without justificative
cause, by by any person in addition to an act which would otherwise be but
an act of wrongful corporal vexation simple, and lowers
and in consequence of the state of the judgments & affections
of the members of the community in question, the wrongdoer
lowers or endeavours to lower the wrongee in the estimation
of any person or persons on whom he the wrongee is in any way
dependant for the comforts of life.
