§. 6 Depretiation
Wrongful depretiation of title is where without justificative
cause, by some unlawful act or deceptious or other
criminal practice any person causes or contributs to
cause it to be believed that another person, who before
that act was in possession of a good & sufficient title,
either has no title at all or that the goodness & sufficiency
of his title is in a greater or less degree dubious.
II Title considered as a burthen
§. 7. Wrongful oneration imposition
Wrongful oneration imposition of title is where without justificative
causes or contributes cause by some unlawful act or deceptious
or other criminal practice any person causes or contributes
to cause the burthen of the title to be laid on some person
who but for the performance of that act would not have
been liable to the onerous obligations resulting from the
possession of the title.
§. 8. Wrongful sef-exoneration
Wrongful self exoneration of title is where without justificative
cause by some unlawful act or deceptious or other
criminal practice any person causes or contributes to
cause himself to be freed from the onerous obligations
resulting from the possession of accompanying a title of which before
the performance of that act he the was possessed.
§. 9 Wrongful exoneration
Wrongful exoneration of title is where without justificative
cause by some unlawful act or deceptious or other
criminal practice any person causes or contributes to
cause another to be freed from the onerous obligations
accompanying a title of which before the performance
of that act, that other person was possessed.
