2. Let the party aspersed be supposed blameable
and the communicator blameless (in which case
if the communication be consist in information given
of unfitness on the part of a servant of the public he
is not merely blameless but : the order
of favour will in this case be as follows
1. The public in respect of the interest it has in the
case knowledge of the facts communicated, is and thence
the communicator.
2. The representatives of the Communicator Printer or other Conductor.
The 3. The representatives of the Communicator.
4. The representatives of the Printer or other
Conductor. 5. The representatives of the party aspersed.
6. The party aspersed himself.
In this same case the principal reciprocally mutually
opposite and antagonizing interests are
1. That of the public viz in respect of the interest it has
in the prevention and therein the of disclosure and
punishment and disclosure of misconduct in its
several shapes on the part of the servants.
2. That of the party aspersed viz in respect of
the interest which the individual has in the act suffer
being made to suffer in respect of his reputation and good
name.
