Wrongful interception

2. Wrongful non-Collation Interception of Guardianship is where, with
relation to a certain person considered in the character of a Ward,
a certain other person would, in a certain event, have
been in legal possession of the condition of a Guardian,
a certain third person (the delinquent) by some
unlawful act (or acts,) positive or negative, has
prevented, or contributed to prevent, such eventual Guardian
from becoming so in effect.—
