§. Wrongful confinement

Art. 1. Wrongful confinement as above, without
justificative cause, by intimidation wrongfully applied remuneration,
or deceptious or other criminal practice a person causes or contributes to cause another to be deprived of the faculty of
moving conveying himself from place to place to abstain against his will
from the faculty of conveying himself or beyond the limits
the limits of a portion of territory on that occasion for that
purpose described.
