Ch. III. Delinquency

If then, standing up in a certain part of a certain
Room a man says "I am Sempronius" in the case
if it be certain that this man is Titius it is
thereby certain that he is not Sempronius; and
that in saying I am Sempronius, he said what
was false: and by the utterance given to this
falshood he personated Sempronius: and the act
of falshood thus committed by him was an act of
deceptious personation.
