C 1. Of Simple Personal Injuries
A Simple Personal Injury what A [Simple] Personal Corporal Injury is either positive or
negative. A Simple positive Personal Injury is It is positive where without
lawful cause (A) a man is concerned (B) in occasioning (C) bodily pain
or uneasiness (D) to another you [without occasioning or intending him you any farther
corporal mischief. or, knowing him you to be in immediate danger and
being bound to assist him, forbears giving him assistance, yield him <add>render you assistance, you <add>he forbears to
whereby for want of which yield <add>render it him <add>you : and for want thereof some bodily pain or uneasiness
is undergone by him you.
