Aggravation I. Inevitableness of the injury
Where the injury threaten'd is such an one as
appears inevitable lately about to be inflicted on the spot: (A)
or otherwise to such a degree inevitable (B) as not
to be averted by course of law.

[(A) Spot] As if, being in your presence, and is given a place and other persons in hearing, or likely to be in hearing the offender
