[(G)Right] 1. In some circumstances the act of finding gives a man has
a right to take a thing, and even convert it to his
own use if he finds it. See Title [of Things found] Title of by finding
2. A man cannot be said to know that
he has no right to be concerned in taking a thing,
if he has or believes he has the leave or permission
of any person who has or whom he believes
to have a right to give him leave to do so. For
instance an owner himself, or any wife, child,
parent, near relation, guardian, agent, servant,
or intimate friend, in cases in which they appear
to him to act with the permission of the
owner whether that permission general or special be tacit or
express
