Division Of Anomalous Offences. in general. by Falshood. Of Falshoods in general

Adultery no sort of falshood has no necessary connection: though
it a cloud of falshoods are commonly to be found necessary to

more to provide for the concealment of this offence.
In Polygamy and injuriously falshood of some kind or other is a necessary ingredient on
the part of that one of the parties who is married: it
may or may not be an ingredient of in the offence
