Uncertainty in all this I am sensible how weak the conclusion
is that can be drawn from all these observations

Mischiefs what inconsiderate The first question is what the mischiefs are
which result from an infringement of this contract
without the consent of the other party.
The next is what, if any, are the mischiefs
which result from it's being infringed under a
dispensation from the other party in whose favour
it is made. Is there any reason why the non-observance
of it should be punished when the party
in whose favour it is made does not think himself
aggrieved?
