Of Child-stealing or Kidnapping Children.

Aggravation I. Death

[(A) Persons] These Persons so long as the Child is within
Age are 1. Either Parent, or 2. Any Guardian: or 3. Any Judge,
within whose Jurisdiction the parent or guardian has his residence
at the time of Restitution.
