Instructions to the Judge
From p. 11 Where the purpose is coercive Where the purpose of the offence has been
coercive, (See Tit. Simp. Pers: Injuries Aggrav. XII.) and that purpose has been , affected

for the sake of affecting it that he had recourse
to the offence. 3. that he actually has affected
his purpose on part of it has actually been
affected. It matters not whether it was by
means of the offence or otherwise not that the purpose
came eventually to be affected.
