these offences as with the foregoing. The persons affected
by them can never be any other than determinate.

assume a semi-public nature. Like simple menacement
they may be levelled at all persons who
come under a certain denomination indiscriminately.
Against all Jews, for instance who shall be found
within a certain place, or all Protestants, or all Catholics,
or all tax gatherers, and the like.
