Of Defraudment by the way of by begging

Defraudment in the way of begging is where
a man is concerned (A) in obtaining money or money's
worth by false fraudulent false (B) pretences addressed to the
compassion (C) of the person on whom the fraud
is practised.

the appearance of disease, being when the party is in
perfect health; or creating a slight disease, in
order to exhibit the appearance of a severe one:
or making a real any disease appear worse than
it is: or by pretending to have recently met with
some severe and sudden loss, or to cruel treatment:
or by a person's carrying about the
infan child of another as if it were his own.

Punishment.
