IV. To compose a set of cautionary rules, instructing customers
how to beware of the several kinds of frauds that may
be practised in the application of the several sorts of standards,
and to oblige every trader to keep a printed copy
of these rules hung up in a particular place of his Shop,
where it may be sure to meet the eye of every customer that comes in.
