Frauds relative to the Coin.
1 being in confederacy with any one who was concerned in
counterfeiting altering or importing it he shall be punished

2 From p. 8. No 1 [(B) Instruments] 1. By the instruments of the crime are to be understood
on this occasion the whole stock of implements and materials
of what kind soever that appear to have been employed or designed
to be employed in any such unlawful manufacture. For example,
1. Any Moulds or Presses for making the Impression.
2. Any Furnaces with the melting pots, tongs and other instruments
thereto belonging
3. Any acid or other menstrua capable of holding metals in
solutions; such as aqua fortis, aqua regia, and the like.
4. Any quantities of diminished Coin, or clippings or filings
or solutions of metals used in coinage or masses of unwrought
metal of any kind.
5. Whatsoever things appear to have been designed or are necessary
for containing or conveying any of the above Articles
such as boxes, phials, chests, and so forth. [] To p. 9
