of his own.

Appeal. Either party, being dissatisfied with any such order,
may appeal: provided he declare his intention of appealing before
he quits the presence of the Judge.

Money how to be secured. In such case the money shall be again folded up (in
the presence of the Judge) in a Packet of Papers, on which each
Party may write his name or mark, and which the Judge shall
seal up with his seal; this paper shall be folded up in another
which one of the parties shall be at liberty to seal up
with his seal: if he does not, the Judge shall seal it with
his own seal; over this second shall be a third, to which
the other party shall be at liberty to affix his seal, or in his
default the Judge shall seal it as before: and being thus
sealed, it shall be left in deposit with the Judge, to be
produced by him at the trial of the Appeal: at which time
if the Packet be not produced in good order and with the Seal
