Rebellion
Rebellion may be committed
1. By endeav meditating to putting take defer take put the sovereign
to death
2. By putting or attempting [or meditating] to put him to death
3. By att making or attempting to make one's self master of his person
that is by keeping him in confinement.
4. By doing him any such corporal injury
the effect of which is to put him under an permanent irreparable
incapacity of executing his office
5. By endeavour attacking and overpowering any troops levied maintained by
his authority [for the defence of his person]
6. By forcing or attempting to force him by menacing behaviour menaces of personal harm to
resign the whole or any part of his authority.
7. Denying his title to the sovereign power sovereignty, office
to which the sovereign power is annexed.
8. Forcing or attempting to force him by menacing
behaviour of personal harm to pass a Law or exercise any other
act of authority
9. Att Making or attempting to make one's self master
of any fortress in the intention of maintaining
one's self in possession thereof in spite of his authority.
