C. Simple Personal Injures

A lewd assault is where an any one through
lust treats with indecent freedom the person of another
who is unwilling

Consent is not a lawful cause for purposely and for doing occasioningthe party
a party which if a greater hur pain or uneasiness than it is to
be presumed had he foreseen the probability of it he
