7 Furtherance of Justice
Personal Execution upon person
Any thing done to a man's person by
a Magistrate in pursuance of his authority, or in
due execution of any legal warrant given by a Magistrate
in pursuance of his authority is done with lawful
cause.

restrictions which is necessary for the purpose of overcoming
Enforcing execution upon goods
So, if resistance be made to a warrant
authorising any thing to be done to land or
goods, is any thing which isbeing done to any man's
person and is being is necessary to overcome any resistance
made [or attemptedoffer'd to be made] to the
executor of such warrant
Arrest for Crimes
So any person whatsoever may apprehend
any one whom is committing or attempting to
committ or who has committed any any of the first rate crimes: and such criminal
if he can not otherwise be apprehended, may

Disfigurement Disablement and Mutilation when
compleatly wilful. 5. Rape 6. Murder 7. Incendiarism
