32 4 C Extra-Aggravations Simple Personal Injuries
Sovereign It is matter of aggravation if the party injured
be the Sovereign.
In such case the right hand of the offender
shall be cut off.
Night with forcible It is matter of aggravation if the offence being
premeditated is committed at night by after forcibly breaking into the or attempting
to break into any house or building in quest
of the party injured
Using disguise It is matter of aggravation if the offender offence be
clandestine used any disguise or other means to the view of concealing the
knowledge end that the party injured might not
know him
1. In such case the offender shall be disgraced
for a time by staining his face with the black
wash: a penance more or less public as was or may be in the same garb in which he committed the offence:

Through revenge against Justice It is matter of aggravation
