this objection is valid, the surgeon ought not to cut

So true just is the observation of Helvetius & M. Beccaria §. 22. edit. Mondel
that the univ in the business of government managing the affairs of society , political
measures policy and morality ought to go hand
in hand: and so false the vulgar notion, of their which
being pronounces them incompatible.
It must be confessed that how universally true
so ever it may be that to minister to the execution
