In the House of Lord
To have possess the debates at second-hand
it although ever so correct correctly does not yet come up
to what the people have reason to expect: they
should have it occasionally in their power to
catch the living features visible indications of the mind: and to compare
the language of the countenance with the
language of the tongue. But the dimensions of the

that were every member of the house to attend his duty, not
