 same work reported the case called Clark's case in which it was ths 
decision judgment was reported, by which it was adjudged that
 the King can neither not in an indirect way, through
 the medium of powers power of legislation given to other persons, any 
than by the direct in a direct way, by the exercise of such powers in his own
 person, legislate upon Englishmen — without Parliament? 
And who are they but Englishmen, (with or without a
 few of those  of his Majestys  subjects who in this 
behalf stand upon the same ground with Englishmen)
 that upon whom Mr Pitt and his Colleagues and  have by the 
abusive use made of his Majesty's name been 
 legislating for this fourteen years without Parliament?
It it is dri is not the land of New South Wales 
that the King G King George the third hath by title of 'descent

any rate Englishmen, and men on the same footing of Englishmen 
are all the subjects which his Majesty has or ever has 
had in New South Wales and there it is by descent
 that he came by those this part of his subjects together  along with 
the rest: and is it on account of  the human beings called Englishmen, be it in New South Wales
 or elsewhere, or is it on account of the Rocks and storms of the country
that
